Shipping & Delivery
You should expect to receive your delivery within 3 - 5 working days from the date your order is placed (only for orders to the UK). In the case of a particular item being out of stock, you will be notified by e mail the time expected for delivery. So Cocoa cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery times that are caused by external influences such as national and international public holidays, postal strikes and adverse weather conditions. Charges for delivery are given below:
- UK Standard Delivery - £4.50 Europe
- Royal Mail International Signed For - £10.00
- Outside Europe Royal Mail International Signed For - £10.00*

Returns & Replacements
We do not offer refunds on our chocolates unless they are faulty.
If the item you received is faulty and you require a refund or a replacement, please email or call us the same day as delivery and we will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Items damaged during transit.
After leaving the store all goods are insured by our forwarder against damage, if you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the forwarders insurers.
If you receive a battered parcel, note the fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open and inspect a package in the presence of the forwarder, make sure that you sign for it as "Unable to inspect goods on delivery" or similar to warn the forwarder that a claim may be forthcoming, for goods with a value over £500 we require that any damages are noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery, all other damage claims must be reported to us within 1 days of taking delivery.
Simply choose your chocolates, and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button. You can carry on browsing our site and add other chocolates to your order, until you are ready to pay. Our payment process is hosted on a secure server, so your payment details are safe. We will send you notification of your order by email.
